You may make any adjustments to your assignments onsite at the tournament.
Also, we recommend bringing a copy of your registration confirmation.
All competitors should report to their assigned rings at the assigned time.
To make any modifications to your ring assignment, please visit the Help Desk in person.
Sending an email for this purpose is not allowed. It is necessary to handle this matter onsite.

YOU WILL NOT FIND YOUR RING ASSIGNMENT ONLINE.
Please visit the Help Desk starting on Thursday to pick up your ring assignment.
How to read your ring assignments
Please check your division.
If your Division is incorrect please visit the Help Desk onsite for assistance.
If the division reads:
TM/23/1829/A
TM = Black Belt Men
23 = 2nd and 3rd Degrees
1829 = Ages 18 to 29
A = The A Group
If the division reads:
REC-B/COLOR/0008/CAMO-PURPLE/A
REC-B/COLOR = Recreational Boys/Color Belts
008 = Ages 8 and under
A = The A Group
If the division reads:
SPEC-A = Special Abilities-Autistic
SPEC-C = Special Abilities-Cognitive
SPEC-P = Special Abilities-Physical
TG = Black Belt Girls
TB = Black Belt Boys
TW = Black Belt Women
B = Boys G = Girls
M = Men W = Women
REC. BLK = Recommended black

To quickly find your name if you are on your desktop computer, you will hit CTRL+F and then type in your name. If you are on your smart phone, you will go to the search bar and type in your name. From there, you will click on your name under where it says "On This Page". For more help on your smart phone you can reference this video.
