Black Belt Weapons Forms Overview

Instructors: Chief Master Kevin Kaminski and ATA Training Staff

Open to: All Licensees and Legacy Members 13 years and older

Description: This will be a quick but detailed review of all the major updates and clarifications made to the Black Belt Weapon forms. The ATA Weapons staff will be on hand to go through each weapon and be ready to answer any of your questions. A special emphasis will be placed on the judging aspect as well, so you do not have to have thorough knowledge of all the forms to attend. You will not physically go through the forms, so no weapons are required. BOTH competitors and/or judges are STRONGLY encouraged to attend.

How are you and/or your students going to train for the next testing or competition. Learn how to program an effective training schedule that maximizes your performance and prevents over training syndrome. BE AT YOUR BEST WHEN IT COUNTS! Each session time covers the same material.

Description: This series offers four specialized sessions, each focused on a different weapon. In each seminar, attendees will work on three core aspects: foundational basics, advanced tricks, and the art of creating personalized forms. This seminar provides a comprehensive experience, allowing martial artists to refine their weapon skills while exploring new techniques and creative expression. Description: Songahm “Poom-sae” or “Form” is a series of physical movements such as blocks, strikes, and kicks combined with mental skills such as focus, memorization, and discipline performed against an imaginary opponent. Come hone your skills in this exciting and informative seminar. All Color Belt Forms will be covered.

Weapons Offered: Oh Sung Do, Double Ssahng Jeol Bong, Gum Do, Ssahng Nat, Sam Dan Bong, and Long Range Jahng Bong

Description: Whether you are a competitor or an instructor, these seminars are for you. Join us as we offer form training & clarifications in 3 different ATA weapons. Our World Champion instructors will review each weapon form to make sure you are at the top of your game. Knowledge of the form and weapons are required. Participation in all sessions is not mandatory.

Instructors: Senior Master Marc Jouan, Senior Master Mark Burns, and Senior Master Keegan Ireland

Open to: ATA Legacy Members 13 years and older

Description: Life Skills are in integral part of not only a student’s Martial Arts development but also, as the name implies, a student’s life. As instructors, we know that Martial Arts is much more than a physical activity. The life lessons a student learns in class will translate to their everyday actions if taught properly. In this seminar you will learn how to use these simple scripted messages to teach Life Skills so that you and your instructors will not only know what to say but how and when to say it.

Join the ATA Max Pro Team for an adrenaline-fueled event where participants will face off in a series of intense challenges across multiple categories. Attendees will compete in Kicking, Weapons, Tricking, and Creative Hands, showcasing their skill, creativity, and endurance. This event will provide a thrilling platform for students to push themselves to the limit and emerge as champions in a dynamic, competitive setting. It’s Time To MAX Out Your Potential!!!
