The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all Contents on this Site is the exclusive property of ATA and is also protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. ATA expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, content and other materials which appear on this Site. Access to this Site does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon any one the right to unlimited use of logos and trademarks for one's own personal and/or commercial use. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. The ATA names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of ATA.

Submittals

Any and all media materials such as but not limited to digital photographs, audio-video files, completed forms, and written text submitted through (posted on or in connection with) any ATA/WTTU/STF website are made voluntarily by the user (submitter), who grants to WTTU a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content submitted indefinitely in any and all of its publications, advertisements, websites, or other media for commercial use. It is the legal responsibility of the submitter, prior to uploading or transferring materials via any ATA/WTTU/STF website, to obtain and maintain written or electronic record of permission and authority to transfer and make commercial use of the images or other media, from all persons represented in the materials, generally by signed photo release or similar. Any contract or understanding between the subject(s) and the submitter must confer the same rights and privileges indicated in the previous paragraph. The submitter agrees to hold harmless and release and forever discharge the American Taekwondo Association / World Martial Arts from all claims, demands, and causes of action which he or she, his or her heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on his or her behalf or on behalf of his or her estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ATA and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

Termination

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or the ATA. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. ATA also may terminate these Terms of Use at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in ATA's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use. Upon any termination of these Terms of Use by either you or ATA, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise.

General

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of ATA to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Use by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit ATA's rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed under Arkansas law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Arkansas and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.

ATA International Website Privacy Policy Effective date: May 25, 2018 ATA International (“ATA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects privacy of our users and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our ATA International.com website (“Website”), or our services (collectively, “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. This Privacy Policy applies to the data collected by us, or those working on our behalf, through information you enter or from the imported data from authorized and approved sources. This Privacy Policy deals with our use of your own Personal Information, and not Third Party Personal Information that you may provide to us in connection with the Services. Individuals under the Age of 18 We do not knowingly collect, solicit or maintain Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for our Services, with the exception of children 13 or older who have permission from a parent or guardian the child's behalf. If you are under 18, please do not send any Personal Information about yourself (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) to us. No one under age 18 is allowed to provide any Personal Information to or on the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database.   • From third parties, for example, our business partners.

Pages of our the Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity)
  • Pixel Tracking. In addition to using Cookies, the Website may employ “pixel tracking”, a common process which may be used in connection with advertisements on other sites. Pixel tracking involves the use of pixel tags that are not visible to the user and consist of a few lines of computer code. Pixel tracking measures the effectiveness of advertisements and compiles aggregate and specific usage statistics. A “pixel tag” is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of websites that is used to track an individual user’s activity. We may access these pixel tags to identify activity and interests that may allow us to better match our goods, services, and other offers with your interests and needs. Third-party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies We use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to help us understand use of our Services. This service collects the information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address, and their use of it is governed by their privacy policy. Financial information connected to payments may be collected or stored by a third-party payment processor and is subject to their terms and policies. We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses; (f) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in; and (i) enhance our Website security. Your Consent to Our Disclosure/Assignment of Your Personal Information. You consent to our disclosure of your Personal Information and other information to a potential buyer or other successor for the purpose of considering a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
