We understand that Creative, Xtreme, Team Demo, and Team Sync divisions can feel overwhelming with the rapid evolution of tricks, synchronization, creativity, and performance skills competitors are bringing to the floor. We’re thrilled to provide a comprehensive understanding of what to look for in each division and how to confidently evaluate both individual and team performances. Through live demonstrations by the ATA MAX Pro Team, we’ll break down the crucial distinctions in tricks, transitions, synchronization, musicality, teamwork, creativity, and overall presentation. Kickboxing Fundamentals: Skills, Combinations & Live Application

Description: We're excited to introduce this new training opportunity at Fall Nationals! Designed for students looking to challenge themselves and expand their striking skills, this seminar focuses on the fundamentals of kickboxing in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.Participants will develop proper punching mechanics, offensive combinations, defensive movements, and footwork through a structured progression that culminates in controlled, friendly sparring. Whether you're new to kickboxing or looking to sharpen your skills, this seminar will help you build confidence, develop a more resilient mindset, and experience the satisfaction that comes from training hard and applying what you've learned in a live setting.
Required equipment includes boxing gloves, Muay Thai/Kickboxing shin guards or ATA Pro Line Foot & Shin Guards, a mouthpiece, and a protective cup (required for sparring). Come ready to work hard, have fun, and discover why you'll want to come back for the next one!
